Our stay at Novotel was exceptional. The location was ideal, with a large shopping mall just across the road, offering a great range of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

Despite the minor inconvenience of a cold room on the first night, the hotel quickly resolved the issue by providing a floor standing heater for the second night. The prompt and helpful response from the staff was greatly appreciated.

The location was excellent, the public spaces were clean, and the staff was cooperative, making my stay here enjoyable and comfortable.

The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is above average and offers a good selection of food. There is also a nice gym for guests to use.

The hotel is not close to any metro station, which makes it challenging to explore the city if you don't have a car.
